FBC (Frequency-Based Chat) is an online, web-based messaging platform built around a frequency-based communication model. Messages are sent on a specific numerical frequency, and only users who know the same numerical value can view and participate in that conversation. Messages are saved directly to their frequency, preserving the conversation as long as the frequency exists. Each frequency is owned and controlled by its creator, with full permission to remove it entirely.
Users are required to create an account with a username and password, and the username is displayed alongside their messages. Each message is tied to its frequency, ensuring that conversations remain private and inaccessible to anyone without the correct value.
In addition to private frequencies, FBC includes two public chats: "1" frequency for normal conversations and a dedicated "127.0.0.1" frequency for ethical hacking–related discussions. FBC is designed to be fast, minimal, and focused, offering controlled access to private chats while still providing structured public spaces for open discussion.
